Term 2- Session 4 Business

Objective: We learned typical components of a SWOT analysis and PESTEL. At the same class I had to, individually, complete a like for like (LFL) product comparison chat.

Working analysis – While I was doing the SWOT of H&M, I found it harder than the other works that we were doing, but comparing to PESTEL it was much easier. That because the SWOT is things going on inside the brand and the PESTEL is things going on outside the brand that affect them, for example political things. So I need to research a lot more for the PESTEL, which demand me time and patience. The activity was in group so it was easier, but when I came home to try to develop my own PESTEL for my collaboration, it was very difficult to think about each topic, for example the political one, which I am struggling until now.

Things I need to improve – I need to improve in my research for my PESTEL. As a result, I will learn the term before each class, because it will be much easier if I just knew it before and in the class I apply more knowledge on it. This way I help the works in the class and after that for my own collaboration.
