Term 2- Session 3 Business

Objective: We learnt the STP term which consists of three steps that help me analyse my offering and the way I communicate and how it benefits and value to specific group. I also work with brand position maps, Missions/Aims/Objectives and SMART, everything always for my customers. At the same time we, as a group, had to pick one brand and make all of this of the following.

Working analysis – Doing the STP was easy for me comparing to the Missions/Aims/Objectives and SMART, because when you already know your customer its much easy to develop the rest, focusing in chose a specific group of customers. However, the Missions we have to thing what exactly phrase to put to get our customer attention, which is very important for the success of my product. This made my working progress a lot because I could thing in group and it helped me when I was solo creating all of this for my brand. It was interesting to experience and interact with the types of terms that I did not knew, which made me realise how much brand thing about customers before doing any product. Actually, they thing first what the customer want, then develop the product. As a result, I did very little in the class for my collaboration as I couldn’t think of ideas quickly. In the end this resulted in catching up at home, by choosing my objective and applying it to my collaboration.

Things I need to improve – I need to take a look of the power points and make a plan before the start of the session so at least I know what each term mean. This could help a lot with time and understand of the class. So next time I will be fully prepared and understand what I have to do in class.
